When we met our heroes, magic had been long absent from the continent of Xodia, and they had been gathered and tasked with restoring it. That was just the beginning... Next they had to find and awaken the Overlord - a fearsome storm giant many thought to be a myth, but who history said was a terrible threat locked away for the good of all citizens of Xodia. This task was interrupted when the Knights of Anub were captured and infected by illithids, saved only by intervention from an unexpected corner. The Overlord proved to be a valuable ally as the scope of what faced them became more clear: the Void Dragon - prematurely forced from its slumber, Amegnom Lord of Excess, cannibal cultists, an elder brain dragon, and the Goddess of Change... all while political tensions amongst the inhabitants of Xodia threatened to erupt into war.

"The Curse of Xodia" is a homebrew Dungeons & Dragons 5E campaign, littered with pop culture references. We follow the "Rule of Cool" - at the end of the day we want to have fun and tell a great story.
As a result of this, you may see influences from other games (ex. Pathfinder) in addition to a "loosey goosy" approach to things like how magic works.
On Terrie's YouTube & Twitch channels. https://www.youtube.com/@the_gamingtrucker
Barring real life events (the real BBEG of D&D), we play every other Friday night at 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. On alternating Fridays, you can find Terrie and various cast members or special guests giving you sneak peeks into the world, chatting general D&D/TTRP-related chitchat, and generally being their goofball selves.
The Curse of Xodia has been broken up into "seasons" with a short hiatus between each one. Season 4 is the finale of the campaign. The season 4 stream dates are posted above along with a countdown to the next session. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive reminders as well as updates and histories as they're finalized.
For now only on YouTube, but we hope to expand the website and host the (edited for brevity) versions of the original stream eventually.
You can check out The Library for direct links to the original game sessions.
Babs (Marwyn) is the official historian of the game. You will find the session histories under "Marwyn's Letters Home."
Marwyn is not, however, omniscient, omnipotent or omnipresent.
Whenever anything happens that she's not part of, you'll find synopses of those events under "Side Quests."
NPC stands for "non-player character", these are characters our players interact with in the world of the game, voiced by our DM and/or guest stars.
BBEG stands for "Big Bad Evil Guy/Girl" - usually the villain of a session or campaign.
TTRPG stands for Table Top Role Playing Game. Dungeons and Dragons is just one of many options.
"Lament Only For Me"
Original score written and performed by Jason B., used with permission for seasons 2 and 3.
Season 4 has brand new music for both the opening and closing sequences, also written by Jason B. "Calamity" is our new opening theme, and our closing theme is a comedic jazz piece called "The Unwise Wizard."
Coming Fall 2025:
The third campaign from 1001 Acme Knights!
"HIGH NOON" will be a return to our comedic, chaotic, creative roots. HIGH NOON takes place in an entirely new world, and will take you back to the Old West.
You are welcome to help build this new world with everything from NPCs to place names and items players can be given or buy in-game by joining our Discord.
Our party of adventurers began in early 2021, when John (of "Villain Support" fame) began posting on TikTok under the premise of "What if villains had a call center support team?" and Acme Villain Support was born!
Allison (aka Ali) is John's wife (both in-universe and in real life), and the rest of the party joined in the fun with each individual adding their own spin on what they thought certain aspects of this world might look like. By early 2022, the world had grown to included a full executive branch of Acme, shipping and transportation departments, and much, much more.
After discovering how much fun we had with collaborative storytelling on TikTok, a select group of us decided we wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons together and our first game began in March 2022. Tales of our D&D escapades spread, and requests for us to stream our game sessions trickled in. Eventually we gave in, just as our last campaign was drawing to a close, and our viewers have followed along every step of the way with our Xodia adventure!
While much of Acme worldbuilding has been discarded due to platform shifts and other changes, the Acme name lingers on.
